Skate Intervals

This morning we had a good group meet at Grafton for some skate intensity. After a good warm up, we agreed on a 1+ km loop and got in some good intensity/speed work. The first 3 intervals were “on your own” and the last 2 were run more like sprint heats.

Hammering the hill. It is pretty impressive to see this group training together. Present today were 8 skiers who have represented the US at World Jrs and/or the J1 trip.
