During the season it is easy to lose the strength that you worked so hard to gain in the summer and fall. Skiing every day can keep you away from the weight room, so we make sure to schedule regular maintenance strength sessions to make sure we can still crank it when we hit the trails. Today was a 30 on 30 off circuit strength workout. The music was bumpin’ and the skiers were pumpin’. Sweet!
