Classic Sprint Relay at Grafton

Today we went to Grafton Ponds for a classic ski and got a hard workout in by simulating a sprint relay (3 x 3 x 1k). We started practice off with some easy skiing and a few technique drills before jumping into our relay race. It was a tight battle all around the course but the team of Issy, Helena, and Gino emerged victorious. We also had our first day at practice with Leah Brams and Valentina Rugiero, our guests from Massachusetts who are here with us until Saturday. The girls are having a fun time checking out what life at SMS is like!
