Double Rollerski Day

 This morning we spent an hour in Lot 1 working on balance and agility drills on skate skis.  We split the group into guys and girls – Matt & Gus worked with the boys and Sverre & Liz worked with the girls.   Above, Mackenzie floats through a slalom course before trying to glide out on one foot.

 This afternoon we went out to the town of Stratton for an 1:30 double pole.   Some of our juniors were busy right after school with their SAT prep class, but they got out for a workout of their own after class was over.
