Blink Festival Starts Thursday

The Blink Festival, Norway’s popular three-day rollerski event, begins on Thursday with a 7.5 k climb in Lysebotn. The U.S. Ski Team’s Kikkan Randall and Liz Stephen both plan to compete in each event along with a handful of other world-class cross country skiers. Defending overall World Cup champion Marit Bjoergen (NOR) had to scratch due to a recent thigh injury, but the rest of the top Norwegian skiers and biathletes will be there along with Maurice Manificat and his French teammates.

FasterSkier will be covering the race from afar, so be sure to check back in over the next few days.
