3pm – 800m DP Test with speed warmup
Tuesday-
9am – depart for continuous effort bound run workout – 80+ mins
swim, lunch, rest
3pm – depart for distance classic up west side APP GAP with 2x :20 DP (KDP) Effort
7pm dinner at Sunnyside
Wednesday –
9am – depart for skate time trial
swim, goodbyes, depart
