8/2 Uphill Run Test

We wrapped up the testing for this week (double pole test was on Tuesday) with our uphill run test.  A group of 17 of our athletes cruised up County Road this morning on their way to some fast times and really solid efforts.  Check out the results below and results from earlier this summer.  First time in parentheses is first mile split.
