Sylvan’s Wedding

It was fantastic to wake up in beautiful Aspen, Colorado yesterday.

Tad Elliott and I went for a fun two hour mountain bike ride in the Smuggler/Hunter Creek/Sunnyside area.

It was really fun for us to be back on the bike after more than two weeks of skiing on snow.

In the afternoon we drove to Vail for our friend and teammate (on Ski and Snowbaord Club Vail/Team Homegrown), Sylvan Ellefson’s wedding. It was fantastic to be there to watch him get married to Sarah Wright Ellefson.

The wedding was held at beautiful Piney Lake.

A little rainstorm during the ceremony didn’t deter spirits.

The ceremony just moved under the awning.

I am thrilled for Sylvan and his beautiful bride.
