Work Day

Today was a physical recovery day. I only had a one hour run in the morning, and the afternoon was off of training. However, I spent the rest of the day working on e-mails and other “business” obligations.

It was foggy on my way to the U.S. Ski Team Center of Excellence (COE) this morning.

I had to go to the COE to do physical therapy on my left shoulder.

The sun poked through in the middle of the day, then some thundershowers developed this afternoon. The rain has been a nice change this week.
