Fundraiser

I have not yet achieved my goal of qualifying for the US Ski Team’s A Team. The US Ski Team does not fund B Team athletes for any flights, room, or board while travelling and competing on the World Cup. I have not yet secured a head gear (title) sponsor for myself. Luckily, Rock Mountain Nordic, the governing organization for Nordic skiing in Colorado, has created a fund called Nordic Angel to support US Ski Team level athletes from Colorado. They were able to cover virtually all of my skiing related expenses last season and hope to do the same for the coming winter. I could not ski race full time without their incredible support.

There will be a Nordic Angel “send off” fundraiser in Aspen a week from today, November 3rd from 5 to 7 P.M. at the Limelight Lodge. Everyone is welcome! Thanks in advance for your support.
