1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards for the top finishing male, female and junior are hand out at a barbecue that follows each race. The food is great and everyone has a chance to share stories, and to rest up to go out on an optional pick up training roller ski.
100% of the net proceeds from the races are donated to support local cross country skiing, which include but not limited to Moraine Hills, Wisconsin Biathlon and the Wisconsin DNR.

About: The race series started in 2013 and was very well received by the racers; many of them commented that it helped them to focus and work harder on their summer training. All commented that they really loved the food and enjoyed getting together with old friends and meeting new ones.
