Head Coach – Men’s and Women’s Nordic Ski

Michigan Technological University seeks a goal-oriented, charismatic, inspirational and dedicated head coach with a genuine interest in the success of student-athletes and building a competitive Men’s and Women’s Nordic skiing programs.  The head coach is charged with developing, leading and implementing NCAA Men’s and Women’s Nordic skiing and will work to continue Michigan Tech Nordic skiing as a nationally recognized and distinctive program.  Duties of the position include areas such as recruitment, scheduling, practice/game preparation, budget management, fund raising and promotion.  The coach works in a collaborative fashion with the Athletic Department and serves in a leadership role to enhance the internal and external visibility and recognition of the Michigan Tech Men’s and Women’s Nordic skiing programs.
