This is your chance to:
- Oversee all operations: From managing staff to maintaining trails, you’ll ensure ABR continues to provide an exceptional skier experience.
- Champion our vision: Lead us in connecting ABR to the community and securing its legacy for generations to come.
- Develop engaging programs: Create events that bring people together and share the joy of winter.
- Embrace a unique role: Oversee cabin rentals, manage finances, and build relationships with donors. (Think beyond the typical ED!)
Do you fit the bill?
- Passionate about the outdoors is a must!
- Proven leadership experience (5+ years) a must-have.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills are key. ️
- Experience in resort, Nordic center, camp, or park management is a plus. ️
- Bonus points for a non-profit background and a commitment to personal growth.
