Program Director/Head Coach – Program Director/Head Coach will oversee the organization and administration of BSSEF’s Nordic Program in this full-time, year-round position. A highly-motivated leader will oversee community partnerships/events, youth/master’s seasonal training programs and race schedule, the hiring and training of staff, and will report to the Board of Directors and the Nordic Committee. The position will represent BSSEF at Intermountain Division(IMD) meetings in conjunction with supporting our local Viking race series. Assistant Director – Reporting to and working closely with the Program Director, the Assistant Director manages and coaches the organization’s youth development program, including hiring and training coaches, recruiting and motivating young athletes, and developing a program that supports the overall mission of BSSEF. In this full-time, seasonal position, the Assistant Director will have a hands-on approach to coaching, must adhere to an approved budget, maintain excellent written and oral communications with athletes, staff, and parents, and have a passion for working with and being a role model for young athletes.
