Assist with Development and Coaching of International Athletic Program aimed at Success at the World Junior and U23 Level
Assist with Training Planning and Supervision for Divisional and National Level Junior Athletes
Assist Program Administration including Team Communication, Travel Planning, Ski Area and Team Facility Management, Budget Planning, Fundraising and Event Management
Applicants Must Demonstrate Previous Experience and Knowledge in Following Areas:
Planning and Supervision of Training for Participation at U23, World Junior, Senior and Junior National Championship Levels
Experience in Cross Country Program Management including direct responsibility for team budgets, communication, travel planning, assistant staff supervision, senior and junior athlete coaching and supervision, event/race management and fundraising
Exercise physiology, technique development and ski preparation applicable to cross country ski racing
Applicants Should Have Prior Experience as Follows
Coach and/or Program Director for Junior and/or Senior Level Programs
International Coaching through Continental Cup Level
Event Manager for Cross Country Competitive Events
Management of assistant coaching staff from J6 through OJ Levels
 Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be committed to working with a broad level of skiers from entry level juniors through young international seniors,  and assist with a broad variety of program administrative responsibilitiesÂ
