The 2010-2011 season officially begins today! In preparation for a new season, there is a lot of evaluation and refection of last season. Today I filled out a goal sheet, defining what steps I need to make along the way to achieve my goals. These goals range from small tasks, such as improving technique, to testing goals and ultimately performance goals. br /br /As part of my reflection on last year, I looked through my training log which details the training I have done every day this year.
