SportHill founder and CEO Jim Hill announced today that SportHill, Inc, an Eugene, Oregon based performance apparel manufacturer, will again host and sponsor the Crescent Lake Challenge free style cross country ski race and citizen tour on January 16, 2011. 2010 was the first year that a event like this had been staged around Crescent Lake. Sporthill Crescent Lake Challenge completes first annual

Seventy-five skiers took part in the first annual SportHill Crescent Lake Challenge freestyle nordic ski race and citizen tour on Sunday, January 17th. The top male finisher, Eric Martin of Bend, covered the 22 kilometer course in 1:09:54. The top female, Sarah Max of Bend, completed the distance in 1:21:10.
