Thursday's SuperTour Finals action welcomed the 30 and 50 k U.S. Distance Nationals, where Canada's Ivan Babikov won over Colorado's Rune Malo Ødegård and USST/SSCV's Noah Hoffman, who claimed the title of national champion. Caitlin Gregg (Team Gregg/Madshus) won the 30 k by just under three minutes over USST/Burke's Liz Stephen.

NMU's Fredrik Schwencke skied to victory in Friday's 20 k classic mass start, avoiding a crash in the final meters of the race which took out Colorado's Rune Malo Ødegård and New Mexico's Aku Nikander. In the women's 15 k New Mexico's Emilie Cedervaern double-poled past Utah's Veronika Mayerhofer to her first NCAA victory.

Excitement was high in upstate New York as the 2015 NCAA Skiing Championships kicked off in Lake Placid with the men's 10 kilometer and women's 5 k freestyle interval starts. Dartmouth's Patrick Caldwell claimed his first national title, while the University of Utah's Veronika Mayerhofer led a western sweep in the women's race.

After more than three decades, the NCAA Skiing Championships are back in Lake Placid, N.Y. While the a lot has changed since 1983, the week's competitions promise to be the most exciting collegiate races of the season as Colorado, Utah, Denver, and Vermont battle for the title of 2015 national champion.
It was yet another men's SuperTour race that was undecided until the finish line. This time, Mads Strøm came from behind and outsprinted Miles Havlick to win by 0.7 seconds in the Bozeman 15 k classic mass start. Matt Gelso took third for his second podium of the weekend.
On a spring-like day at Bohart Ranch, Canadian Patrick Stewart-Jones narrowly edged out Stratton's Ben Saxton and Sun Valley's Matt Gelso to take the men's classic-sprint title on the first day of the Bozeman SuperTour.
Saturday's 10/15 k freestyle individual starts marked the final day of racing in the SuperTour opener in West Yellowstone, Mont. In the men's race it was a game of strategy which ultimately favored Matt Gelso (SVSEF), who won the race by 9.6 seconds of Brian Gregg (Team Gregg/Madshus).
Men's SuperTour racing kicked off Friday with a 1.5 k freestyle sprint in West Yellowstone, Mont. Dakota Blackhorse von-Jess was able to outlast the surging Norwegians from the University of Colorado, to claim the first victory of the 2014/2015 season.
