For 2003-2004, FasterSkier.com is putting together the most comprehensive cross-country race directory in North America. We encourage all race directors to submit their races, so we can include them in our directory.
FasterSkier is currently getting about 1,100 unique visitors a day, and we expect that number to double by mid-winter. You can put your race in front of all of these readers for an entire six months!
Our goal is to include as many races as possible. Our race calendar will allow skiers to search for events based on Date, Race Series, or Geographic Region. We offer two kinds of listings: Free and Featured.
If you are a race director, we encourage you to add your race to our list. All you have to do is <fill out this form with your race info. With thousands of readers every week, we are sure that listing your race will help increase turnout for your event.

Featured Races
Featured listings get following additional benefits for a price of $150:
* An enhanced race listing, complete with pictures and a race description, like this one: <Subaru American Birkebeiner
* Your listing will include a link to your race website and a link to online registration (if applicable)
* Your race will be highlighted on our race calendar, to make it stand out.
* A link to your race on the FasterSkier front page (http://www.fasterskier.com/index.php) for 2-3 weeks prior to your race, to create interest.
* A pre-race featured article, written by you (or anyone you choose), about your race, posted on FasterSkier at a time of your choosing.
* A Race wrap-up article of your event, as well as links to Race Results, featured on FasterSkier after the event.
All this just for the price of a few race entries. We are sure that the exposure that your featured listing gets will easily make much more than $150 in new race registrations.

Free Race Listings
Free listings contain all the basic information about your event: Race Name, Date, Location, Distance, Technique, Format.
The race listing will look like this:

These listings do not have a link to your website prior to the event date, but we will link to your results after the race is over.
While not as eye-catching as our Featured Listings, if you do not have a marketing budget for your race, this is your most effective way to get the word out for free.
