Pedersen Is Not Training Like The Rest Of The Team

<p>“It’s not as extreme as it sounds like. Our training as a total not that different†says Pedersen</p>
<p>She has been able to do most of the other women’s workouts at camps.</p>
<p>“They did one extreme camp this summer that I did not participate in. I took part in all the other camps and did the hard sessions along with the other girlsâ€</p>
<p>What do you feel about Sandal’s new philosophy?</p>
<p>“I think it’s very positive. This is the right season to test it out in, however it’s too early to say what kind of effect it has hadâ€.</p>
<p>Pedersen herself is constantly working to improve details in her technique and training routines. She has noticed that (at this age) she now needs a little bit more rest and recovery than in the past.</p>
<p>“The advantage by being older is that I have more routine, knows my body well and is more independentâ€.</p>
<p>Pedersen is racing Saturday’s World Cup at Beitostolen — watch out!</p>
