Kris Freeman to race Super Tour races in Presque Isle

FasterSkierDecember 23, 2004

Kris Freeman, the top ranked skier on the US Ski Team is planning on racing next week in Northern Maine.  Kris visited Fischer today in Concord, New Hampshire while finishing up his Christmas shopping and announced his decision; “I have to race at least once this year on US Soil!  I went to the races in the County a few years ago and was impressed by the trails, grooming, and professionalism of the event.  Since I leave for Europe again on January 12th, racing at US Nationals doesn’t make sense.  The Super Tour races in the county fit my training and travel schedule well.  I will travel up just before the races and possibly stay up there for a week and train if it rains too much here in New Hampshire tomorrow…”
