With the World Championships over, the regular World Cup resumed today with classic sprints in Lahti, Finland.

Boerre Naess

Incredibly, Norway took six of the top seven spots in the men's race, and incredibly, it was the young Boerre Naess who topped them all. Naess was left off the World Championship team and did not get to race the classic sprint in Oberstdorf, but today he beat all the medalists from that event including his teammate Tor Arne Hetland who finished second today.
