Tobias Angerer of Germany won Sunday’s 15-kilometer freestyle race in Muonio, Finland. Teemu Kattilaskoski of Finland was second only .5 seconds behind and Saturday’s classic race winner Jens Filbrich was third. Axel Teichmann was 5th and Carl Swenson, USA was 20th.
Irina Artemova of Russia won the women’s 10-kilometer freestyle r race 25 seconds ahead of hometown favorite Rita Liisa Lassila.
