Yesterday afternoon we arrived at Craftsbury for the REG camp, we have had a great time and the facility is awesome. Our first workout was an easy jog on the nordic trails and then that night we played a fun name game to get to know each other. This morning we had a mountain run, it was pretty brutal, but we survived and some of the SMS kids posted great times! In the afternoon we played a fun game of soccer during the second half of America’s game against Ghana and then we did circuit strength.
