After a warm up jog, some grape-vines and skipping, we did some jumps and then hit the mountain for some ski striding/bounding intervals.br /We did L3 ladders going 2,4,6,6,4,2 with 1/2 rest time after each interval. This workout is nice because it is easy to control your intensity. The goal is to go pretty hard and have good technique, but to feel good.
