Bounding, Tubbing and Big News for Alums

Today we ran the loop 4 times and bounded the hills. The goal was to go L2 on the downhill and L3 or L4 on the uphill and across the flat. It was a tough workout, but the group looked strong.br /A bunch of the team followed up the workout with a little contrast bathing in our gym.
