Most of the campers are getting a bit tired so we had a “nap” time after lunch today. Justin Freeman then talked to the group about his experiences as a skier who never quite made the Jr Olympic/National team, but kept at it and made the USST and the Olympic team.
Justin then led everyone in a short warm up to prepare for afternoon strength work.
For our strength workout we split into three groups and rotated through three strength stations. Each group spent 30-35 minutes at each station. One station worked the upper body.
One station worked the core.
And one station worked on leg strength and agility.
