The 2012 American Birkiebeiner and Kortelopet events officially closed on Monday, Nov. 21. Please see the following details, from the Birkie website:
- We have reached our cap of 9,000 skiers registered for the Birkie and Kortelopet races and registration is now closed.
- Fax registrations are not being accepted after 5:15 PM, CDT today, November 21, 2011.
- Registration forms postmarked November 21, 2011, will be accepted.
- It is still possible to register for the 2012 Haakon 12K event.
