Intervals @ Sunbowl

A good chunk of the team spent the morning up at the mountain doing some L3 intervals. It was a picture perfect day and everyone skied well and worked hard. We ended practice with some skiing up in the terrain park – always a good time. 🙂 Tyler and Kate are easing back into practice after dealing with some illness, so they each did a short, easy ski.
