After a hard week of intervals we transitioned to a hill focused week that mixed in a good variety of training in several gorgeous spots around the area. As fall sets in everyone is looking forward to the ski season and can’t wait to get on snow. Thanksgiving camp is in our sights and has officially made an appearance on Coach Kline’s big office calendar. We are all crossing our fingers that Hurricane Sandy turns into Hurricane Snowy!

Hill week kicked off with some no pole skate sessions up the Jordan Bowl access road. It was steep! The boys are working on getting fluid body movements and being dynamic in their V1.
