As we wait for the winter to trickle in to the West, here is a fun little video I made in 2008 when I was trying to ski the Catamount Trail between races and training.
The team is currently in Sun Valley taking a rest day as we prepare for the first races of the 2013 ski season. We are training with skiers from Burke Mountain Academy for a few days here before moving to West Yellowstone and Bozeman.
Yesterday we had a snowy hike up to the Pioneer Cabin to an elevation of 9450 feet. It was cold and snowy up there and we hope the temperatures will drop and the snow will come down to more manageable elevations for on snow training.
