Customer Service Representative(s)

Location: Boulder, CO

This part or full-time seasonal position at our Boulder location is in charge of:

  • Answering Business Phones
  • Directing calls to appropriate location/person/department
  • Providing General Store Info
  • Providing warranty information and completing warranty forms
  • Handling Return Authorizations (RA’s) – Communicate with the Customer and Vendor if needed.
  • Completing RA forms. Give return information and uphold return policies. Notify shipping manager of incoming returns and outbound exchanges.
  • Reading and replying to general sales emails and/or directing them to correct department or person.
  • Sales Order Management
  • Review, update and notify customers about orders that have not been completed
  • Follow up that they are being completed in a timely manner
  • Managing Employee Time Clock
  • Making sure employees have correct hours and making corrections when requested.
  • Managing daily Mail Delivery.
  • Receiving mail and delivering to addressed person.


No previous customer service experience necessary but helpful. Knowledge of Nordic ski industry helpful but not necessary.

Sales Representative

Location: Boulder, CO

This part-time seasonal position at our Boulder location includes:

  • Working directly with customers on the sales floor or over the phone to determine and walk them through their ideal purchase.
  • Having knowledge of current inventory including skis, boots, poles, bindings, wax and accessories and being able to appropriately communicate that knowledge to educate customers and fulfill purchase needs.
  • Using and becoming comfortable with our current Point of Sale system and being able to complete a sale and/or creating a sales order if items are not currently in stock or need further attention.
  • Following up on unfulfilled sales orders
  • Able to multi-task and work with up to three clients at the same time at peak traffic times.
  • Ability to keep busy with back stock or other tasks when customers are not in the store.
  • Completing daily housekeeping tasks.


Knowledge of Nordic skiing and Nordic skiing equipment is desired but not absolutely necessary. If you have little knowledge we are willing to train motivated individuals.

Website Coordinator

This full-time position which could be at a remote location is in charge of:

  • Publishing content
  • Entering store inventory including descriptions, current pricing, and images
  • Creating pages and matching correct products with those titles
  • Maintaining continuity of themes
  • Manage daily website product catalog updates
  • Designing layout
  • Streamlining website navigation
  • Increasing online presence to potential customers
  • Helping current customers with problems in finding products or purchasing and/or shipping issues.
  • Knowledge of search engine analytics to maximize traffic to the website. Applying SEO and online marketing techniques.
  • Being or becoming familiar with current publishing and design software.
  • Strong communication skills and an up-to-date awareness of marketing techniques.


Previous website building, administration and/or content loading experience helpful but not necessary. This is one company-wide website that you would be in charge of with guidance from administration.
