We had a good crew for our bounding workout this morning.
We started with some warm up drills…..
..that included strides…
jumps….
speed ladder…
plus a couple other goodies, then we headed down for 6-8 loops around our bounding trail.
These girls started right into the L3 workout.
Matt took the boys on a warm up loop.
Sverre and the Devo kids took advantage of the older kids by jumping in behind them on all of the uphills.
Our loop is about 1.25 km long
