The 2011-2012 season ended on the highest possible note for the U.S. Nordic Combined team with Bryan Fletcher’s first career World Cup victory in Oslo, Norway. Jon Schafer produced the above year-in-review video from behind scenes, which includes everything from summer training to Holmenkollen.

I would suggest a more appropriate song. Seriously. I know I sound like an old man.

I agree the music in this video was bad!

I think you guys are missing the point: the video is about training hard, teamwork, having fun with your friends and guess what, winning races. I am old (er), I have no idea who sings the song, I’m probably not going to buy the album anytime soon, but I loved the video.

First of all I hope whoever made that video paid for the rights to use the song. Next, I have an eight year old who reads this site daily. This song is about smoking weed, uses the N word, and freely talks about “hoes.” See for yourself here:

All my eight-year-old knows about hoes is that they’re great for gardening. They actually go along with smoking the weeds. Hate those weeds.
