Norwegian Adresseavisen (Adressa.no ) reports that Marit Bjorgen and the rest of the Norwegian women’s team are continuing to increase the training volume. Some are now training more than skiers on the men’s team. Bente Skari is the most successful Norwegian female skier ever. She was training up to 830 hours per year. Swedish Skidsport.com reports that Chinese elite skiers in both cross country skiing and biathlon are training hard in the ski tunnel in Vuokatti, Finland. The reason for this is an exchange program between the Finnish educational department and the two nations Olympic committees. The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) announced Tuesday that its Executive Committee approved the Prohibited List of Substances and Methods for 2005. Pietro Piller Cottrer of Italy and Elena Veedeneva of Russia won the final 12-kilometer skate race  in the 2004 rollerski World Cup. Sprint World Cup winner Marit Bjorgen dominated a small women's field and won by almost 4 minutes to Kine Beate Bjornas in a 24-kilometer rollerski race in Budal Norway last weekend. Stig Rune Kveen crushed a strong men's field including national team skiers Eldar Ronning, Frode Estil and John Kristian Dahl.
