School is out for Summer ! Now that everyone is officially done with school we have been focusing on getting some quality work done. The first couple of weeks we spent a lot of time getting use to being back on roller skis and doing a lot of ski specific strength to enable us to do some actual workouts.

The problem with skiing is that it is such a difficult sport that you need to be pretty fit before you can even start to think about training. As with everything we are working on it is an on going process with each and every athlete.

I still can’t get over how awesome the group is this summer, no matter what I have thrown at them they have been able to tackle, we will see if that’s still true when we really get in to it, but so far so good.
