This morning we had a great workout up at the mountain – speed & skills on skate skis up at Solstice. We started off in pairs, using the bungees to work on getting your weight forward and then worked on our balance by cruising back down the hill on one foot. We upped the ante a little by going down on one foot through a slalom course and then finished up with some starts and drop in speeds.
