Ivan Babikov of Calgary's x-c.com and local favourite Tasha Betcherman were the individual and overall winners at this weekend's Haywood Canada Cups at Lappe Nordic. Babikov, dubbed the Russian Rocket, extended his lead in the Haywood Canada Cup standings, while Betcherman scored her first circuit victories after recovering from illness that has kept her from training for much of the season.
