The owners of Lapland Lake Nordic Vacation Center are selling their 200 plus acre year round resort. The center is located in the southern tier of New York’s famed Adirondack State Park, 60 miles northwest of Albany. The resort has been continuously and successfully operated for over 35 years by Olavi Hirvonen, a member of the 1960 U.S. Olympic Cross Country Ski Team. The property is listed by CMK & Associates for $1.25 million.
